Smoked nails have been doing the rounds on social media, and if you haven't noticed my clients tend to be a little shy of nail art. So I decided to give it a go with our favourite nude combo and a Matte Top Coat!

I used one coat of Negligee and one coat of Clearly Pink sealed with a top coat. Then I cleansed and when in with Cream Puff and spread it out with D'sperse and cured. I went in with three colours from the Magpie neon collection and finished off with CND Matte Top Coat.

I followed Fee Wallace's tutorial (loosely, it'd been a while since I first seen it!). Not quite as smoked out but not bad for a first try!

What do you think? Would you wear these nails? I think they're be great for a holiday look that's a bit more toned down!
